What is your return policy on arena balls? |

If arena balls do not inflate, we will gladly accept them back and send replacements within 14 days of purchase. Also, we will issue you store credit for any inconvenience. Depending on the situation, we ask you to work with us to find the best solution.
Note: Some customers like to have their balls pre inflated before shipment. If you would like this, then just let us know! |

What is your return policy on boots? |

We will only accept boots if there is no significant damage or any wear on them compared to the original condition. We can offer credit back or an exchange (if, for example, a different size is needed). If they are worn and somehow something goes wrong, we can offer repair solutions free of charge and store credit to cover any inconvenience.
Note: For custom boots - If custom boots do not fit, we can offer an exchange for another custom pair of boots with any appropriate modifications - free of charge. They cannot be accepted if there is significant wear. |
